Take Action: EPA Administrator Zeldin has to go! January 28, 2026

No Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administrator in history has so brazenly corrupted the agency’s core mission. The EPA’s foremost purpose is to “protect human health and the environment”. With Administrator Lee Zeldin at the helm, the EPA is doing the opposite.

In just one year, Administrator Lee Zeldin has:

• Systematically dismantled protections that keep our communities safe, our climate stable, and our environment clean
• Rejected science and health data to erode commonsense public health safeguards
• Decimated environmental justice programs and hard-fought progress that are meant to protect our communities 
• Slashed vital funding and cut independent agency staff
• Rigged the system to put corporate polluters first, at the expense of our health

These actions are increasing our everyday costs, including healthcare and electricity bills, and worsening our quality of life. It’s time to hold the Administrator accountable. 

EPA’s mandate is clear: Protect human health and the environment. Administrator Lee Zeldin has abandoned his sworn duty and his actions violate his oath of office, subvert the will of Congress, and betray the trust that the American people placed in him. He must go.
