Save the Date! Healthcare Not Warfare National Town Hall October 25, 2024

PSR National will be hosting a National Town Hall webinar where we’ll seek to reprioritize our national spending to fund healthcare, not warfare. Along with Washington PSR, Whole Washington, and others, we are bringing the conversations taking place in Washington state this past spring and summer to a national audience.

In the United States, the new Sentinel nuclear missile program will cost Americans $265 billion. In a country where total medical debt amounts to $220 billion, we need to reprioritize our spending to fund healthcare, not warfare

Medical professionals across the country have been calling on our government to stop funding warfare, killing, and military waste. We need to prioritize our health and programs to support our future.

We will share the stories of why we cannot delay putting our health first, and why the military, nuclear weapons, and warmongering is sickening our world. Our tax dollars must no longer be wasted on weapons of mass destruction. We need to invest in our health and future.

Join us on Wednesday, November 13th (5:00pm PT/8:00pm ET) in recognizing the importance of healthcare, not warfare, in our country and discuss ways to take action today!

Register here to join us on November 13th.
