Letter to the Senate signed by PSR and partner groups, urging senators to oppose S.J. Res. 31, which would use the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to overturn a crucial rule protecting Americans from some of the most toxic air pollutants. In addition, using the CRA in this way would create profound regulatory uncertainty and would throw the Federal government’s ability to protect the public from the public from highly toxic airborne pollution dangerously into doubt.
