PSR along with its public health allies submitted a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency in response to a white paper on technology recommendations for regulating Gas Emissions from Combustion Turbine Electric Generating Units. The letter rejects the white paper’s proposal to use methane-blended hydrogen and carbon capture utilization and storage to mitigate power plant emissions, and addressed hydrogen as a false climate solution.
