Letter signed by PSR and partner organizations in support of Amendment 62, which would block EPA from finalizing its inadequate update to the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for PM 2.5, also known as soot. The amendment would allow the EPA to start over and do their job to protect public health and the environment.
