PSR along with over 150 partner groups signed on to this letter to House representatives in opposition to the SPEED Act (H.R. 4776), the Standardizing Permitting and Expediting Economic Development Act. This bill would enact sweeping, severe changes to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), stripping away public input and environmental review that protect communities.
