PSR and partner groups signed this letter to Congress opposing Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolutions that would overturn waivers allowing states to choose clean vehicle standards to protect their citizens from dangerous air pollution. This improper use of the CRA would create a precedent for attacking states’ rights.
