Report leads to increased compliance with oil, gas chemical disclosure law July 20, 2025

The May report issued by Physicians for Social Responsibility Colorado, the Colorado Sierra Club and the FracTracker Alliance found that of at least 1,114 oil and gas wells subject to the 2022 disclosure requirement law, chemical disclosures had been made available for just 439 of them, or just 39%.
