President Biden and President Xi should make a nuclear disarmament pact November 14, 2023

President Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping will pledge not to mate artificial intelligence with nuclear weapons systems at their Wednesday summit. Though this is an important step, they must do much more to address the gravest threat to all humanity: nuclear armageddon.
