Physicians group challenges license extension for Point Beach nuclear plant March 27, 2021

Wisconsin’s only operating nuclear power plant is Point Beach near Two Rivers, about 45 miles southeast of Green Bay. Physicians for Social Responsibility is challenging NextEra Energy’s efforts to extend the plant licenses through 2050.
