In recent months, gas stoves and their associated health effects have been shoved into the limelight and Culture War. No matter how you feel about gas stoves, the fact remains that whether they are on or off gas appliances like gas stoves emit dangerous concentrations of air pollutants while also combusting fossil fuels, driving climate change further and further.
