We recently engaged with the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on a forthcoming rulemaking from the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration regarding carbon dioxide (CO2) pipeline safety. PSR has called for a moratorium on all CO2 pipeline development due to the dangers of potential leaks and ruptures.
