The U.S. is undertaking a $1.7 trillion, 30-year overhaul of its entire nuclear weapons system (the so-called “triad” of land, air, and sea weapons), and this transformation is receiving little media attention. This project has received very little news coverage, but it will involve new nuclear warheads and bombs, and new missiles, airplanes, and submarines to deliver them.
Jim Carrier has traveled across the U.S. nuclear complex and will be speaking just three days after returning from Nagasaki, where he will be interviewing Hibakusha (bomb-affected people).
