PSR Pennsylvania would like to extend a special invitation to our healthcare professionals to attend an Induction Cooking Workshop led by Chef Chris Galarza of Forward Dining Solutions in one of three cities across PA. Through our partnership with the PA Department of Health, we hope to equip healthcare professionals with information about the benefits of electrified induction cooking to be advocates for climate-friendly and healthier kitchens.

The first workshop, on Jan 25th, will be held at RE Farm Café at Windswept in State College, with two to follow in Pittsburgh (March) and Philadelphia area (May). The workshops are being offered as part of an effort to decarbonize commercial kitchens and space has been reserved for PSR PA supporters to take part.
