Hiroshima/Nagasaki Day

Syracuse Peace Council and Veterans for Peace invite you to observe the 78th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki with a procession on the new Erie Boulevard pedestrian/bike path. On August 9, assemble at the Center for Peace and Justice at 4:30 pm; the procession begins at 5:00 pm and returns at 6:00 pm, followed by program, conversation, and refreshments.
