On August 6, 2025 from 5 to 6 PM, join a vigil at 33rd & N. Charles Streets in Baltimore. Call on Johns Hopkins University to engage in humanitarian research, to respect freedom of speech on campus, to denounce weapons research, to end its complicity with genocide in Gaza and recognize that War is Not Green. A letter will be delivered to the home of President Ron Daniels.

At 6:30 PM, participants are encouraged to attend a community meeting in the Sunday Room at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 27th & St. Paul Streets, Baltimore 21218. The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss the issues in the Call above. Prior to the discussion, enjoy a potluck dinner.
