Maggie Ardiente

Maggie Ardiente (she/her) is the Director of Philanthropy & Development at Physicians for Social Responsibility. A lifelong advocate for human rights and environmental justice, Maggie has 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and has appeared on NPR, Fox News, Washington Post, and other national and local media.
Before joining PSR in August of 2025, she served as Vice President, Development & Philanthropic Partnerships at PFLAG National, and held leadership roles at the National Homelessness Law Center and the American Humanist Association. In her volunteer time, she serves as President of Humanists International and the Secular Coalition for America.
Maggie graduated cum laude with a degree in sociology from James Madison University and earned an executive certificate in nonprofit management from Georgetown University. She lives in Washington, DC and enjoys travel, cooking, boxing, yoga, and watching K-Dramas.
