Elischia Fludd, MBA, MGA
Elischia Fludd is a distinguished leader in global sustainable development and nonprofit management, known for her strategic vision and impactful contributions. She has an interdisciplinary background spanning 20+ years in the nonprofit industry, with 14 years working on sustainable development issues and 12 spent as an executive director. Elischia began advocacy work expanding stakeholder engagement and public relations on youth matters as a Youth Coordinator for an NYC community board and thereafter did social justice-focused work for survivors of gender-based violence. She led a local coalition in the Bronx for sexual violence prevention and earned congressional recognition for her work with local sexual assault survivors. As the founder and former president of EOTO World, she established and led a 3-time award-winning nonprofit that advanced technical assistance for region-specific initiatives and consulting for global youth activists working toward poverty eradication, peacebuilding, and sustainable development across five continents. Elischia was instrumental in building out 43 mission-enhancing partnerships, multimedia communications, international coalition building, stakeholder engagement, and policymaking within the MDG and SDG agendas at the United Nations.
As an applied researcher at the Pulte Institute for Global Development, she enhanced USAID’s Evidence Gap Map and contributed to evidence briefs on global private sector engagement in humanitarian aid, governance, and climate finance before leading a state-wide climate organization focused on clean energy supply, decarbonization, and workforce development for a transitioning economy. Currently, she is a fractional senior executive consultant leveraging her expertise to improve team culture, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, branding, sustainability, business administration & operations, program development, and executive leadership for a diverse clientele. She holds Master’s degrees from New England College and The University of Notre Dame in Business Administration, Nonprofit Leadership and Global Affairs, Sustainable Development, respectively.
